Project Import (BETA/Limited Release)
Are you tired of creating the same Project over and over?
Do you ever need a standard set of WBS items or a consistent set of charge codes on each project?
Are you ever needing to shift an entire crew, or most of a crew, over from project to project?
If so, the Mach1 Project Import tool was built just for you.
The Project Import tool allows you to import WBS, Crew, Contacts, and Phases from an existing project into a newly created project. When used with the Project Copy functionality in Mach1, it allows you to create complicated projects from existing ones within minutes and can help you ensure accuracy on each project.
What’s more, the import tool allows you to be selective about what you import so if you only need to import some of the data, you have the ability to pick-n-choose your adventure!
Crew Change Log
Accurate dispatching is important, and every now and then, no matter how many controls you have in place, situations occur where a pay rate or billing craft was changed, and no one remembers who did it or why.
That’s why we built the Crew Change Log.
Each time dispatch changes, Mach1 has always tracked the specific person and field that was changed. Previously, that information was simply stored in a log table that was available upon request.
Today, we’ve created a page that allows you to view/filter/sort a complete history of all crew changes
