What's new in Mach1!
Before I get to some updates to the Mach1 Contractor Cloud Platform, I wanted to share a couple of fun notes about what is upcoming in Q4.
First, the Mach1 Contractor version is undergoing a name change. More details are coming out soon, but many of you will be invited for feedback on the remaining candidates. If you would like to have a little fun in the next few weeks helping us with this name selection, please reply to this email and I’ll add you for consideration. (Hint: there could be a small gift waiting for anyone willing to help.)
Secondly, the first parts of our Estimating, Staffing, and Solicitation features are already being added into the system and have made it to Alpha version. We are really excited on amount of value that these will bring to industrial construction and contracting firms. We are planning to continue the Alpha through November and start customer onboarding on select features as early as December.

10/31 - Updates
Project Security Enhancements
The latest version of Mach1 comes with enhanced capabilities to manage individual security and visibility within a Mach1 project. The system already has several roles built in and we will be releasing several more throughout the next few months, including the ability to allow customers to have visibility on their projects.
Machusign Enhancements
You can now use Mach1 to send your Client Timesheet to your customer representative for Electronic Approval and track whether or not they have accepted, or signed, the timesheet. This will help automated the customer communication, particular for those projects who lack the sophisticated client systems of the larger organizations. Furthermore, the ability to be notified when a client signs the timesheet could save days or weeks of invoicing delays, which leads to increased order to cash management and improved cash flow….and who doesn’t like cash.
In addition, we have enabled the ability to add additional external email address to the Crew Job Acceptance process. This will allow you to share their dispatch, release, and job acceptance sheets to supervisors, spouses, team member, or any other addresses that may be necessary to speed up the hiring process.
Improved Process for Employee Rehire/Reassignment
In today’s landscape, the ability to deploy employees who have worked for you in the past quickly is truly a competitive advantage. To help with this process, we have made it even easier to reassign employees to existing jobs to get them back on the job and helping make progress on the project all on a single screen.
